Job summary

CVS Health is seeking an Operational Excellence Analyst for our Lumberton, NJ AutoStore CW location. The role drives continuous improvement initiatives across safety, quality, throughput, and automation, partnering with operations, engineering, and maintenance to deliver measurable results using Lean, data analytics, and project management skills.

You will contribute to data engineering, dashboards, and network optimization while supporting cross-functional teams and traveling up to 10% to share

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in a manufacturing, distribution center, fulfillment, or automated warehouse environment.
• 1+ years of demonstrated success and experience in Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement, or Operational excellence in manufacturing or warehouse operation
• 1+ years’ experience with Microsoft Azure Snowflake semantic modelling, SQL, and PowerBI
• 1 year experience in WMS, ERP, MES, or LMS systems and database structure
• 1+ years of demonstrated success in managing projects
• 1+ year of leadership experience

Responsibilities

• Safety – identify and improve safety at the site using Lean methodologies.
• Quality – support world-class quality through structured problem-solving & RCA.
• Delivery – deliver capacity and productivity improvements by eliminating bottlenecks.
• Lean – lead Kaizen events, value stream mapping, 5S, visual management.
• Data Engineering & Analytics – develop dashboards and analytics using Power BI, SQL, Snowflake.
• Autostore & Automation Performance – monitor throughput, downtime, and system performance.
• Project Management – plan and manage multiple projects with risks and timelines.
• Change Management – lead site changes and coordinate with stakeholders.
• Labor and Warehouse Management Systems – oversee LMS/WMS configurations and labor standards.
