Job summary

Eos Energy Enterprises, Inc. in Warrendale, PA is seeking a Materials Supervisor to lead a team focused on efficient inventory, warehouse operations, and ERP data integrity.

You will develop cycle counting, oversee shipping/receiving, and support physical inventories while driving continuous improvement and lean initiatives. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will implement KPI tracking, manage staffing and training, and ensure EH&S objectives are met.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in supply chain, engineering, or related field required.
• CPIM credential with APICS or CMQ/OE certification is highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of materials employees with scheduling, performance reviews, corrective action, training, and timecard approvals.
• Oversee all inventory processes including cycle counting program development and implementation.
• Oversee warehouse operations and transactional integrity for material in ERP from receipt to consumption to customer.
• Oversee shipping/receiving activities and assist with quarterly/yearly physical inventory counts.
• Assist in hiring, training, performance evaluation, retention and termination activities.
• Create and track KPIs and contribute to EH&S objectives with proactive issue identification and corrective action.
• Foster lean manufacturing principles to reduce waste and improve efficiency.
• Lead production planning discussions, align with MPS, and drive process improvements.
• Participate in budget planning and monitor expenditures; develop planning tools for stakeholders.

Education

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in supply chain, engineering, or related field
