Job summary

Eos Energy Enterprises, Inc. is hiring a Sr. Supervisor, Manufacturing to lead a team of manufacturing supervisors at Turtle Creek and Warrendale facilities in PA.

You will drive day-to-day operations, ensuring safety, quality and on-time delivery while guiding continuous improvement and cost efficiency. Requirements include a high school diploma, a Bachelor's or 2-year trade degree, and 7+ years in manufacturing with 5+ years in supervision, preferably in a bargaining unit environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Bachelor's degree in business or related field, or 2-year trade school degree preferred.
• Seven (7+) or more years of experience required.
• Five (5+) or more years of experience in a manufacturing environment strongly preferred.
• Five (5+) or more years in a supervisory role required. Manufacturing environment strongly preferred.
• Experience leading teams in a bargaining unit environment strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead manufacturing team to meet production targets and deadlines.
• Oversee Supervisors, scheduling, performance reviews, corrective actions, training.
• Prepare reports for daily status meetings using Microsoft Excel.
• Act as back-up for Manufacturing Supervisors and Management.
• Mentor and motivate team; promote a respectful, safe work environment.
• Manage planning, scheduling and material flow to meet production schedules.
• Communicate timely information across the team.
• Schedule manufacturing functions and repair of warranty products.
• Monitor output using KPIs and production boards; implement countermeasures.
• Identify opportunities for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Lead continuous improvement projects with manufacturing engineers.
• Perform hands-on production duties as needed.
• Own quality output for the team in the quality program.
• Keep workspace clean and organized; address clutter promptly.
• Model professional behavior and enforce work rules.
• Measure and report performance metrics.
• Schedule may include second/third shift, weekends, holidays.
• Other duties may be assigned.
