Qualifications

• Associate's degree completed (or completing May 2026).
• Minimum 1 year of experience working in a manufacturing environment.

• Relocation not offered; candidates within 50-mile radius only.
• Active-Duty Military Service members are exempt from geographic area limitations.

Responsibilities

• Support Manufacturing Engineering through Lean concepts and continuous improvement.
• Industrialize new and existing products and lead projects in assigned area.
• Perform general and specific engineering duties for development of projects.
• Support ECIS initiatives and maintain standard work and training.
• Execute hands-on improvements including CAD interpretation and layout changes.
