Eaton is seeking a Manufacturing Technician I - Structure Line for the weekend shift in Fayetteville, NC. The role involves assembling, wiring, and testing sub-assemblies and control panels, following drawings and procedures.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Residence within 50-mile radius of Fayetteville, NC.

Responsibilities

• Assemble, fit and mount sub-assemblies, components, and standard and near standard fixed assemblies in motor control centers and related units.
• Assemble and wire panels, space heaters, relays, fuses, and control panels; stage parts for customer orders.
• Read drawings and shop orders to determine assembly procedures and parts needed.
• Modify standard assemblies or doors as needed using hand or power tools.
• Ensure correct alignment, generate requisitions for materials, and verify electrical/mechanical integrity.
