Job summary

General Mills is seeking a Manufacturing Supervisor (Team Leader) at our Hannibal, MO site to lead a 12-hour night production shift. You will drive continuous improvement, coach team members, and ensure safe, quality manufacturing.

This role focuses on delivering world-class results through Lean/TPM tools and strong people leadership. You will be responsible for guiding a production team, developing capabilities, and maintaining a culture of safety, quality, and accountability across shifts.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–3 years of relevant experience.
• High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to adapt to shifting priorities and change.
• Experience with continuous improvement methods is helpful.
