You will lead the overnight shift, manage up to 15 employees across multiple lines, and balance safety, performance, and engagement in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The role requires 1+ year of frontline leadership, strong communication, and the ability to analyze downtime and drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• 1+ year of manufacturing or frontline leadership experience.
• Demonstrated leadership in a collaborative environment.
• Proven ability to drive results through process discipline and problem solving.
• Experience reducing losses and improving performance in a manufacturing setting.
• Strong communication across teams and plant leadership.
• Foundational knowledge of data analysis for operational decisions.
• Comfort with a 7pm–7am overnight rotating schedule.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety and daily shift operations with a focus on safety culture.
• Develop and communicate the shift plan and run results.
• Analyze downtime and prior-shift performance to prioritize work.
• Collaborate with platform teams to respond to downtime and improve systems.
• Provide clear direction and coaching to a team of up to 15 employees.
• Foster a positive, accountable, and engaged floor environment.
• Spend time on the production floor building trust and capability.
• Execute Daily Direction Setting and ensure process health.
• Develop knowledge of production systems to improve decision making.
• Collect and interpret manufacturing performance data.
• Understand inventory, materials specs, quality procedures, and traceability.
