Job summary

Ideal candidates bring 1 year of frontline leadership in manufacturing, strong communication, and the ability to translate data into actionable improvements.

Qualifications

• 1 year manufacturing or frontline leadership experience.
• Success in driving results through process and teamwork.
• Foundational knowledge of data analysis systems (examples: SAP, Maximo, Manufacturing Analytics, MQIS) and decision making for results.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety and human safety across the shift using Safety 2.0 principles.
• Develop and implement strategies to maximize shift team effectiveness.
• Drive sustainable performance improvement through coaching and training.
• Ensure target specifications and drive platform improvements and changeovers.
• Maintain knowledge of production system, inventory management and traceability.
