Qualifications

• Minimum two years direct supervision of manufacturing staff.
• Ability to manage fairly and consistently.
• Proficiency with MS Office and data tracking systems.
• Familiarity with ISO 9001 / IATF is a plus.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Direct supervision of employees and coordination with service groups.
• Prevent waste and inefficiencies in production processes.
• Maintain 5S housekeeping and safe operation.
• Communicate shift activity and equipment changes.
• Monitor throughput and quality using standard performance boards.
