The Production Supervisor will find ways to prevent waste and inefficiency in production processes while ensuring the production workforce is following the plant personnel and production standards. This hands‑on Supervisor position is expected to aid the Manufacturing Manager, have direct supervision of employees and work with the manufacturing service groups.
This position will work a 12-hour shift, rotating between day shift and night shift.
