Job summary

CIRCOR Aerospace & Defense in Corona, CA, is seeking a Manufacturing Supervisor to lead daily production operations, ensuring safety, quality, delivery, and productivity. You will supervise a Manufacturing Lead and a team of production personnel, plan labor resources, and drive Lean initiatives across the shop floor.

The role requires a background in aerospace manufacturing, strong leadership, and experience with continuous improvement methodologies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing supervisory or management role.
• Experience leading teams in an aerospace, defense, highly regulated, or complex manufacturing environment preferred.
• Demonstrated leadership skills with a track record of improving safety, quality, delivery, and productivity performance.
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, 5S, visual management, and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Knowledge of production planning, scheduling, capacity planning, and manufacturing processes.
• Experience working within AS9100 quality systems and aerospace regulatory requirements preferred.
• FAA Repair Station experience is a plus.
• Experience participating in MRB activities, root cause analysis, and corrective action processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily manufacturing operations to meet safety, quality, delivery, and productivity objectives.
• Supervise and support one Manufacturing Lead and production personnel to meet daily production requirements.
• Plan, prioritize, and coordinate labor resources to support production schedules and customer commitments.
• Create a culture of continuous improvement, problem solving, waste elimination, and employee engagement.
• Lead daily production meetings and communicate key performance metrics, priorities, and customer requirements.
• Monitor production workflow and identify opportunities to improve throughput, efficiency, and utilization.
• Provide leadership for employee relations through communication, coaching, training, performance management, and development.
• Coordinate with Quality, Engineering, Supply Chain, Planning, and Customer Service to resolve production challenges.
• Maintain compliance with AS9100, safety requirements, and environmental standards.
