Job summary

Klein Tools in Mansfield, Texas is seeking a Manufacturing Supervisor to plan, supervise and direct daily cell operations and ensure on-time delivery of products. You will coach staff, uphold safety and quality standards, and lead lean initiatives for top-tier performance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma and three years of relevant work experience.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred in a manufacturing field.
• Lean tools knowledge (6S, Kaizen), OSHA, DEQ, EPA regulations.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Production Reporting systems.
• Demonstrated leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to read and comprehend English in work-related documents.
• First Responder certification and PPE are required.
• 1st Shift - Mon to Thu, 5am–3:30pm.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate work group activities and scheduling to meet manufacturing plans.
• Record performance data and report daily to Manager.
• Conduct training for Manufacturing Team Members.
• Motivate and develop Manufacturing Team Members.
• Troubleshoot equipment and escalate issues.
• Collaborate with Lean and Supply Chain to track KPIs and procure supplies.
• Ensure compliance with safety and company policies.
• Participate in lean manufacturing activities to reduce waste.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
