Job summary

Gotion Inc. is seeking a Lean Supervisor to drive continuous improvement and lean manufacturing across our Manteno, IL factory. You will lead OEE analysis, implement improvement projects, and standardize processes to boost production efficiency and equipment utilization.

The role requires leading Kaizen and 5S programs, mentoring teams, and coordinating cross-functionally to sustain operational discipline. Base pay ranges reflect market expectations for this level.

• Experience leading Kaizen, 5S, TPM, and CI initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Drive continuous improvement, operational excellence, and lean manufacturing across factory operations.
• Lead OEE performance analysis, lean project execution, and standardization efforts to improve production efficiency.
• Organize and execute plant-wide lean improvement activities and on-site 5S initiatives.
• Train workshop employees on lean tools and methodologies to build CI culture.
• Track, report, and communicate improvement progress and results.
• Support headquarters-led lean initiatives at the factory level.
