• Collaborate with department leaders to prioritize improvements and allocate resources.
• Lead introductory training on Lean and Six Sigma concepts and engage employees in improvement efforts.
• Monitor implementation and short-term effectiveness of changes and adjust as needed.
• Develop and track KPIs to evaluate efficiency gains, cost savings, quality improvements, and project impact.
• Maintain records and communicate results to stakeholders; contribute to procedural updates.
