You will coordinate Lean and Kaizen initiatives, analyze performance data, and collaborate with teams to implement practical improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Strong verbal and written communication to collaborate with employees and leaders.
• Statistical analysis and data interpretation to evaluate performance.
• Project management skills to coordinate improvement activities and timelines.
• Ability to work across functional areas and engage stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Analyze manufacturing workflows, daily operations, and performance metrics to identify inefficiencies.
• Recommend and implement practical process enhancements using Lean, Kaizen, and data-driven problem solving.
• Support Kaizen roadmaps, set milestones, and coordinate cross-functional activities.
• Collaborate with leaders to identify priorities, allocate resources, and implement changes to productivity and cost.
• Facilitate Lean and Six Sigma training and engage employees in improvement efforts.
• Monitor implementation and address operational challenges, escalating major issues when needed.
• Develop and track KPIs to evaluate efficiency gains, cost savings, and quality improvements.
• Maintain records and contribute to procedural updates and ongoing improvements.
