Job summary

OPW is seeking a Production Supervisor in Hamilton, Ohio to supervise and coordinate employees and processes for internal and external customers. You will apply visual management tools, oversee daily operations, and drive continual improvement in safety and quality.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree or 5+ years of supervisory experience in manufacturing, plus hands-on Oracle/ Ops system experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering / business / other applicable field, or 5+ years relevant work experience.
• 5+ years of experience in supervisory or leadership role, preferably in manufacturing environment.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle transactions/Ops systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Safety, Quality, Delivery, Productivity focus in daily operations.
• Supervise production shifts and employees; ensure proper staffing.
• Maintain efficiency tracking and drive productivity improvements.
• Coordinate with other departments to meet customer needs and company goals.
• Support continual improvement procedures and 6S in the plant.
