Job summary

Carlisle Construction Materials in Sikeston, MO is seeking a Production Manager to oversee PolyIso production and 70-100 direct reports. You will plan, schedule, and optimize daily manufacturing output while coordinating with R&D, Maintenance, Quality, Engineering, and Sales.

Qualifications

• Education – Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, IE or ME preferred.
• 3–5 years supervisory/management experience in manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, and monitor daily production activities to meet goals.
• Schedule production to meet ship dates based on customer requirements.
• Admin tasks: payroll, performance reviews, and reporting.
• Lead implementation of Carlisle Operating System and lean methods.
• Develop employee coaching and resolve concerns with HR.
• Collaborate with Plant Manager and management to improve processes.
• Ensure quality documentation and assist with audits.
