Job summary

Blachford Acoustics Group seeks a QHSE Systems Manager to lead the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of our QMS and HSE programs across manufacturing sites. You will ensure compliance with ISO standards and regulatory requirements while driving operational excellence.

Responsibilities include leading internal and external audits, managing CAPA, deploying KPIs, and guiding cross-functional teams in quality and safety initiatives to reduce risk, waste, defects, and injuries.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality, Environmental Sciences, Occupational Safety, Manufacturing, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience managing Quality and/or HSE systems in a manufacturing environment.
• ASQ CQE and CMQ/OE certifications are preferred; OSHA certification is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and improve QMS per ISO 9001, IATF 16949, ISO 14001 and internal standards.
• Lead internal audits and coordinate third‑party certification and surveillance audits.
• Coordinate corrective and preventive action (CAPA) processes and verify effectiveness.
• Develop KPI deployment and monitor quality and safety objectives across sites.
• Drive standardization of quality systems and best practices across locations.
• Lead HSE programs, investigations, risk assessments, and regulatory reporting.
