Job summary

Purple Innovation, LLC is seeking a Production Line Manager to lead a team of operators on a designated value stream. The role focuses on achieving safety, quality, throughput, and cost goals while ensuring PPE usage and 5S discipline.

You will approve time sheets, update roll sheets, and coordinate shift staffing while surfacing issues and driving lean process improvements to reduce waste and enhance product quality.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Prior experience in manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Works side by side with operators to reach production goals and ensure standard work.
• Completes production plan by scheduling and assigning personnel.
• Establish priorities; monitor progress; revise schedules; report results on shift summaries.
• Initiates and coordinates production systems, policies, and procedures.
• Uses Lean Manufacturing principles to surface problems and drive improvements.
