Qualifications

• High school diploma and 7+ years of relevant experience or Associate's with 5+ years or Bachelor's with 3+ years.
• Strong leadership and ability to support divisional objectives.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals; read blueprints.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to interact with coworkers positively.

Responsibilities

• Monitor safety policies and ensure adherence.
• Assign work schedules to maximize manpower and equipment utilization.
• Define production standards and monitor performance of personnel.
• Ensure quality inspections and adherence to QA procedures.
