Job summary

Responsibilities

• Lead shop floor teams and promote manufacturing excellence and customer satisfaction.
• Drive continuous improvement of plant performance: quality, productivity, cycle time, delivery, and cash flow.
• Provide leadership for plant CI and lean initiatives; identify and remove non-value-added waste.
• Improve product flow and labor content; develop training for leaders and supervisors.
• Manage department budgets and cost control; align with business objectives.
• Collaborate with other locations and corporate teams to ensure quality standards.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business

Master's degree (preferred)
