Hyve Solutions seeks an Operations Manager I to lead daily warehouse operations, supervise a growing team, and drive efficiency across processes from scheduling to budgeting. You will partner with cross-functional teams to ensure timely, accurate material flow and safety adherence.

The role emphasizes hands-on leadership, policy implementation, and continuous process improvements in a fast-paced data-center manufacturing environment. In-person work location in Olive Branch, MS.

Qualifications

• Experience in distribution/logistics or warehouse management is required.
• Degree in business/logistics preferred.
• Experience with MS Office, Access, Outlook and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of a medium-sized warehouse.
• Schedule and delegate work for the operations team.
• Oversee long-range strategic planning for manufacturing operations.
• Develop and maintain policies, procedures and material control systems.
• Mentor employees, conduct performance reviews, ensure productivity standards.
