Job summary

Hyve Solutions in Memphis, TN seeks a Manufacturing Manager (First Shift) to lead a team of supervisors and staff, driving lean improvements and safety on the shop floor. You will partner with engineering, supply chain, and quality to optimize processes and ensure on-time, accurate pack-out and shipments.

Ideal candidates have a bachelor's degree and 3+ years in manufacturing leadership, with strong problem-solving, data analysis, and ERP/MRP proficiency.

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor’s degree in manufacturing/industrial engineering, business administration, or related field is a plus.
• Minimum 3 years in manufacturing operations with 1–3 years in a managerial/supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and manage manufacturing supervisors, production leads, and staff to foster accountability, safety, and continuous improvement.
• Develop, implement, and maintain manufacturing processes to optimize efficiency and quality.
• Oversee pack-out operations, packaging materials, and inventory control to ensure timely, accurate shipments.
