Job summary

Quality Talent Group is seeking a manufacturing-focused professional in Wisconsin to maintain product costing systems, routing, and process standards while developing production methods. The role supports pay systems for factory and warehouse teams and collaborates across HR, IT, payroll, and facilities.

The ideal candidate has a degree in industrial engineering or equivalent, 3+ years in manufacturing, and strong knowledge of Lean/CI.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering or a relevant field, or equivalent work experience.
• 3+ years experience working in a manufacturing environment, preferred
• 2+ years experience working cross-functionally with HR, IT, Payroll, Facilities, etc., preferred
• Knowledge of labor management systems and incentive-based pay, preferred
• Knowledge of Lean and Continuous Improvement concepts, preferred
