Quality Talent Group seeks an experienced Industrial Engineer to support manufacturing operations, focusing on costing, routing, process standards, and production method development in a global consumer health and personal care context.

Ideal candidates hold a bachelor’s in industrial engineering or related field, with 3+ years in manufacturing and 2+ years cross-functional experience with HR/IT/payroll. Lean and continuous improvement knowledge is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering or relevant field, or equivalent work experience required.
• 3+ years experience working in a similar function in a manufacturing environment, preferred.
• 2+ years experience working cross-functionally with HR, IT, Payroll, Facilities, etc., preferred.
• Knowledge of labor management systems and incentive-based pay, preferred.
• Knowledge of Lean and Continuous Improvement concepts, preferred.
