Job summary

Quality Talent Group is sourcing for an manufacturing cost and methods professional in the US. You will maintain costing and routing systems, oversee process standards, and develop efficient production methods for manufacturing and warehouse teams.

Ideal candidates hold a degree in industrial engineering or equivalent, with 3+ years in manufacturing and cross-functional collaboration with HR/IT/payroll, plus knowledge of labor management and Lean/CI concepts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering or equivalent work experience.
• 3+ years in manufacturing, preferably in a similar function.
• 2+ years cross-functional work with HR, IT, Payroll, Facilities.
• Knowledge of labor management systems and incentive-based pay preferred.
• Knowledge of Lean and Continuous Improvement concepts preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain product costing systems.
