Job summary

Quality Talent Group seeks an experienced professional to maintain product costing systems and routing methods within a manufacturing setting. The role oversees process standards and develops production methods while maintaining compensation structures for shopfloor staff.

Candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience, with 3+ years in manufacturing and cross-functional collaboration across HR/IT/payroll. Lean and continuous improvement knowledge is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering or relevant field, or equivalent work experience required in lieu of a degree.
• 3+ years experience working in a similar function in a manufacturing environment, preferred
• 2+ years experience working cross-functionally with HR, IT, Payroll, Facilities, etc., preferred
• Knowledge of labor management systems and incentive-based pay, preferred
• Knowledge of Lean and Continuous Improvement concepts, preferred
