• 1–2 years of related experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Project, Outlook and AutoCAD.
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles.

Responsibilities

• Manage small to large scale projects to improve SQDC metrics.
• Support lean culture and process improvements via CI events.
• Assess and reduce safety risks and improve ergonomics in production.
• Establish production run rates and smooth material flow.
• Improve product quality by integrating quality controls and mistake-proofing.
• Drive cost reduction through better labor and material efficiency.
