Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, operations or related field.
• Experience leading continuous improvement, operational excellence or manufacturing initiatives.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and project leadership skills.
• Ability to influence stakeholders and drive change across levels.
• Effective communication and presentation skills.
• Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance plant performance and results.
• Facilitate root cause problem solving and sustainable corrective actions.
• Coach leaders on lean principles and improvement tools.
• Deliver training to strengthen organizational capabilities.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to improve processes and workflows.
• Identify improvement opportunities and drive solutions end-to-end.
• Lead improvement events and large-scale projects with measurable outcomes.
• Support Lean Management System and 5S culture.
• Promote safe, collaborative, and accountable work environment.
