Job summary

Hearth & Home Technologies, LLC is seeking a Production Manager to lead the Halifax, PA plant within the Stoves Business Unit. You will drive daily operations, safety, quality, and team development across production teams in a high-volume environment.

Responsibilities include scheduling, continuous improvement through lean practices, cross-functional collaboration, and monitoring KPIs to ensure on-time delivery and waste reduction. Eligible benefits apply.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years in a manufacturing leadership role.
• Lean/Six Sigma certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor production supervisors and team leads to foster accountability and continuous improvement.
• Oversee production schedules to meet delivery timelines while upholding quality standards.
• Drive lean initiatives to improve productivity and reduce waste.
• Enforce safety protocols and regulatory requirements for a safe workplace.
• Collaborate with engineering, quality assurance, and supply chain to resolve production issues.
• Monitor KPIs and take corrective actions to optimize performance.
