Hearth & Home Technologies, LLC is seeking an Engineering Technician to join our Stoves Business Unit in Halifax, PA. This role supports design, development, launch and sustaining engineering for hearth products, helping to deliver high-quality stove solutions.

We value an Associate's degree in engineering technology and at least 3 years of relevant experience, along with the ability to interpret drawings, troubleshoot tests, and work with cross-functional teams to bring new products to market.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Engineering Technology, Manufacturing Technology, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in engineering, product development, testing, laboratory, or manufacturing environments.
• Experience conducting technical testing, troubleshooting issues, and analyzing results.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and test procedures.

Responsibilities

• Support engineering teams in the design, development, launch, and continuous improvement of hearth products.
• Set up, conduct, and troubleshoot product and prototype testing while ensuring accurate data collection and reporting.
• Analyze test results and provide recommendations that improve product performance, quality, and manufacturability.
• Build and evaluate prototypes using a variety of fabrication methods and equipment.
• Provide technical support throughout the product development lifecycle, from concept through production launch.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure specifications and tests align with project goals.
