Job summary

ATC Drivetrain is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to own and improve process integration, safety, quality and productivity across the manufacturing floor in Oklahoma City. The role collaborates with engineering, maintenance, and production teams to implement best practices and standardized work.

The candidate will lead FMEA, control plans, process design and tooling improvements, while applying lean principles to maximize throughput and reduce waste.

• Owns and leads process improvement across the manufacturing enterprise.
• Designs operating instructions, FMEA and control plans to ensure QMS compliance.
• Collaborates with Program Engineering, Quality Engineering, Maintenance, and Plant Management.
• Mentors production and engineering staff and communicates status to leadership.
• Implements lean methods to reduce waste, improve safety, and increase throughput.
• Translates customer specs into manufacturing methods and validates new processes.
• Leads root cause analysis and preventive actions to improve yield and reliability.
• Ensures adherence to IATF 16949 and ISO 14001 standards.
