Job summary

Advanced Industrial Devices in Tulsa, OK seeks a Manufacturing Engineer to turn bold product designs into stable, repeatable production while protecting quality, reducing cost, and boosting output. You’ll lead process development, sustain work instructions, routings, and standard work, and drive PFMEA and root-cause actions.

You’ll partner with Quality, Production and Supply Chain to qualify tooling and equipment, validate changes, and roll out updates with minimal disruption on the shop floor.

Qualifications

• Mid-level manufacturing engineering experience in an industrial environment.
• Hands-on process optimization, tooling/fixture support, and strong documentation habits.
• Solid problem-solving (RCA), data analysis, and change control discipline.
• Clear communication with shop-floor teams and engineering stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead process development and continuous improvement across machining/assembly.
• Create and sustain work instructions, routings, and standard work.
• Drive PFMEA/control plans plus root-cause corrective actions.
• Partner with Quality, Production, and Supply Chain to qualify tooling/equipment and validate changes.
