Job summary

ATC Drivetrain LLC is seeking a Senior Quality Engineer in Oklahoma City to drive continuous quality improvement. You will manage process control plans, PFMEA, and APQP/PPAP activities while leading cross-functional teams to reduce warranty and improve first-pass yield.

Responsibilities include coordinating failure analyses, mentoring teams, and interfacing with customers on quality improvement projects. A strong background in IATF16949 and statistical methods is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in an Engineering discipline and 7+ years in quality engineering.
• Experience with manufacturing quality processes and quality improvement programs.
• Knowledge of IATF 16949 standards and customer-specific requirements.
• Proficient in APQP/PPAP and 8D problem-solving methodology.
• Fluent English; additional languages desirable.
• ASQ certifications are a plus and encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional preventative and corrective improvement initiatives based on quality data.
• Direct failure analysis on customer returns for fast resolution.
• Mentor teams on root cause analysis and 8D methodologies.
• Lead customer communications on performance improvement activities and visits.
• Ensure production capability analyses and control plans are maintained.
• Support IATF16949 audits and internal/external audits.
