ATC Drivetrain is seeking a senior quality engineer to drive process quality improvements across manufacturing. You will oversee PFMEA, PCP, APQP/PPAP activities for new products and changes, mentor cross-functional teams, and lead customer-focused quality initiatives to improve performance and reduce warranty exposure.

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering and 7+ years in quality engineering in manufacturing.
• Experience in manufacturing/processing of electrical or mechanical devices.
• Fluent in English; conversational Spanish desirable.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate cross-functional preventative and corrective team initiatives based on quality results.
• Lead PFMEA, Process Control Plans (PCP) and 8D problem solving.
• Lead APQP/PPAP activity for new product realization and change management.
• Analyze production capability and ensure compliance with IATF 16949.
