The ideal candidate will have Lean and Six Sigma experience, proficiency with CAE/CAD tools, and a strong analytical approach to solve manufacturing challenges across production lines.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree or equivalent engineering experience.
• Experience applying Six Sigma and Lean tools in manufacturing.
• Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead process improvements to boost product quality and OEE.
• Manage new product introductions and line trials.
• Update PFMEA, QCP, and work instructions as needed.
• Collaborate with maintenance and supply chain on improvements.
• Conduct root-cause analysis and 8D reporting for issues.
• Support safety and multi-priority workload management.
