This role requires hands-on collaboration with Production, Engineering, Maintenance, and Operations teams, plus experience in

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Vocational or prior welding education preferred.
• At least 1 year of welding, fabrication, or manufacturing experience.
• Welder I experience with GMAW (MIG) welding, including flat and out-of-position welding.
• Experience using power tools, hand tools, and measuring tools.
• Ability to read a tape measure and perform basic math.
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
• Creative, self-directed, and able to work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Perform hands-on and physical tasks for continuous and lean improvement initiatives.
• Weld, fabricate, drill and assemble materials to support improvement projects.
• Set up basic equipment and fixtures for new implementations.
• Apply visual management aids and lean tools across the workspace.
• Collaborate with teams to bring improvement designs to life through hands-on execution.
• Assist in Kaizen events and build customized fixtures as needed.
