• Defines standard work, capacity models and direct-labor requirements.
• Evaluates and enhances plant layouts and material flows to optimize operations.
• Leads productivity-improvement and cost-reduction projects.
• Supports optimization of production lines.
• Applies Lean tools and data analytics for continuous improvement.
• Develops and maintains labor and capacity models to support workforce planning.
• Set ERP/MES parameters for labor hours
