• Bachelor’s degree or higher in engineering is required.
• 3+ years of manufacturing or process engineering in assembly/fabrication.
• Experience improving safety, quality, delivery, and cost in manufacturing.
• Ability to measure, design or specify and install production fixtures/equipment.
• Lean Six Sigma manufacturing techniques required.
• CAD proficiency required.
• Microsoft Office proficiency required.
• Travel about 5%.
• U.S. work authorization without sponsorship.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze product specs and clarify manufacturing aspects with R&D, Engineering, and Product Mgmt.
• Develop modifications to increase production efficiency and support re‑engineering.
• Provide detailed product specs and parts required for completion.
• Plan equipment layouts, tools, and IT programs; design or contribute to workflows.
• Analyze sequences during pilot series; test manufacturability of pre‑series samples.
• Lead improvement projects and liaise with vendors and service providers.
• Ensure process and product documentation is up to date.
• Perform CapEx analysis and submissions.
