Job summary

Paxon, part of Radial Inc., is seeking an Operations Manager to lead a dynamic logistics team focused on inbound, pick/pack, and outbound processes across a single value stream. You will drive continuous improvement, ensure safety and quality, and align with client SLA targets while managing staffing and budget.

The role requires Lean/Six Sigma experience, strong data analysis, and exceptional communication to mentor direct reports and collaborate with senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Lean, Six Sigma or similar process-improvement ideologies.
• Min 2 years progressive Operations management experience.
• Execution-focused with flexibility.
• Ability to coach, mentor, and motivate staff.
• Strong data analysis to identify defects and root causes.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound, pick/pack, outbound shipments and inventory.
• Develop and implement shift directives and KPIs.
• Lead performance management for direct reports.
• Ensure safety, quality, and efficiency across operations.
• Budget management for value stream.
• Coordinate with on-site seasonal staffing and vendors.
