Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3 months of manufacturing experience in an industrial environment.
• 3 months of experience using hand and air tools.

Responsibilities

• Assemble Low Voltage Assemblies and ensure daily production goals.
• Allocate materials, prepare raw material, perform assembly, electrical testing and prepare finished product for shipment.
• Work with a team and flex across Lean Line operations (can prep, tape, bridge joint build, print paperwork and labels, brush testing, final test, and assembly).
• Use fixtures, gauges, and assembly tools to assemble, adjust or repair components.
• Read and interpret electrical and mechanical drawings; follow SOPs and safety procedures.
• Perform visual inspections and quality checks to meet specifications.
