The Kinetic Group is seeking a Continuous Improvement Technician based in Lonoke, Arkansas. This role supports CI professionals in kaizen activities, performs print shop tasks, and aids in implementing lean processes across the facility.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 3 years of technical/mechanical experience preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings.
• Knowledge of production processes preferred.
• Strong problem solving and analytical abilities.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Basic writing and math skills.
• Self-motivated with minimal supervision.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
• Proficient in Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
• Hands-on experience with basic hand/power tools.
• Experience collaborating across teams.
• Driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in key process improvement assignments (mechanical/administrative).
• Complete kaizen shop work orders and CI team requests.
• Perform print shop related duties.
• Support implementation of new processes and improve current ones.
• Measure the performance of improvements.
• Support 5S and kaizen events.
• Other duties as assigned.
