The candidate will implement Lean Manufacturing tools, mentor employees, and analyze manufacturing flows. A bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment are required.

The position offers a competitive salary range of $63,000 - $117,000 per year plus a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 3+ years direct experience in a manufacturing environment related to electro-mechanical products.
• Hands-on technical problem solver in optimization projects.
• Certified LEAN or Six Sigma Green or Black Belt preferred.
