Job summary

The Kinetic Group is seeking a Continuous Improvement Technician to support lean initiatives at Lonoke, Arkansas. You will assist CI professionals and cross-functional teams with kaizen activities, shop orders, and print shop tasks to improve processes and measure outcomes.

Responsibilities include supporting 5S events, implementing new processes, and collaborating across functions. Prior technical experience and strong communication are essential for success.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 3 years of technical/mechanical experience preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings.
• Knowledge of production processes preferred.
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Basic writing and math skills.
• Self-motivated with minimal supervision.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
• Proficiency with Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Assist in key process improvement assignments (mechanical and administrative).
• Complete kaizen shop work orders and CI team requests.
• Perform print shop related duties.
• Support implementation of new processes and improve current processes within the facility.
• Measure performance of improvements.
• Support 5S and kaizen event activities.
• Other duties as assigned.
