Candidates should hold a Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering or related field and bring 2+ years of relevant experience, strong problem-solving skills, and familiarity with lean principles, machining, and CAD tools

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 2+ years of relevant engineering experience.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem solving ability.
• Familiarity with lean principles and manufacturing operations.
• Hands-on experience with machining and manufacturing equipment.
• SolidWorks or CAD proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Initiate process changes and improvements to boost production efficiency.
• Troubleshoot and resolve manufacturing issues and root causes.
• Analyze data to improve utilization of personnel, tooling, and equipment.
• Lead cross-disciplinary engineering projects and cost improvements.
• Write technical reports and present findings to management.
• Train production personnel on work instructions and procedures.
