Job summary

The Yaamava' Resort & Casino at San Manuel is seeking a Process Improvement Facilitator to identify, analyze, and enhance processes across departments. You will lead Lean and Six Sigma initiatives, coordinate Kaizen events, and drive data-driven improvements aligned with enterprise goals.

You will collect KPIs, map processes, and develop change-management materials. Strong collaboration with leadership and teams is essential to deliver measurable efficiencies and sustain gains.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is required.
• Minimum of three (3) years of experience in Process Improvement, Lean Six Sigma, or related methodologies is required.
• Related, relevant, and/or direct experience may be considered in lieu of minimum educational requirements.

Responsibilities

• Leads Lean Training Program, Kaizen events and continuous improvement projects across departments.
• Defines goals, creates project plans, establishes timelines, and provides status reports.
• Collects and analyzes data, defines KPIs, and tracks progress toward improvement goals.
• Assists departments with process flow mapping and uses Lean methods to identify root causes.
• Supports change management by communicating benefits and impacts to stakeholders and developing training materials.
• Performs other duties to support department operations.
