Job summary

Yaamava Resort & Casino at San Manuel seeks a Process Improvement Leader to drive continuous improvement across the organization. The role focuses on leveraging Six Sigma and Lean methodologies to identify value opportunities, facilitate Kaizen events, and partner with leadership to implement measurable enhancements in performance and customer experience.

The successful candidate will collect data, define KPIs, and monitor progress while overseeing multiple projects in a fast-paced hospitality

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field required.
• Minimum six (6) years of experience in Process Improvement/Lean Six Sigma or related methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Provides administrative oversight to drive continuous improvement aligned with Company goals.
• Oversees plan, management, execution and tracking of all Process Improvement activities.
• Facilitates Kaizen events and uses Six Sigma/Lean to identify opportunities for financial and service improvements.
• Collects and analyzes data, defines KPIs, and tracks progress toward improvement goals.
• Partners with senior leadership to develop and implement improvement plans with prioritized opportunities.
• Oversees training and reports to senior management on process improvement initiatives.
• Manages multiple projects with adherence to policies and regulatory standards.
• Performs other duties as assigned to support department efficiency.
