Zusammenfassung

Alpitronic is seeking a SCM & Logistics Process Planner to design lean material flow for production and inbound logistics, establishing PFEP as the data core for all logistics decisions. You will align supply chain processes to ensure material availability, optimize inventory levels, space, and costs.

The role covers PFEP maintenance, warehouse planning, intralogistics concepts, and continuous improvement in collaboration with Purchasing and Design teams.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in engineering, industrial engineering or business with logistics focus.
• Expertise in intralogistics and lean logistics processes.
• Knowledge of cycle/sequenced line supply concepts and process optimization.
• Solid knowledge of warehouse planning, storage, and SCM methods.
• Experience setting up and maintaining PFEP in series production.
• Project management skills.
• Certifications such as APICS/ASCM CPIM/CSCP or Lean/Six Sigma are a plus.
• Fluent English; Italian and/or German are an advantage.
• Several years in production logistics or supply chain planning.
• Experience designing and implementing warehouse and logistics processes.
• Proficient in ERP/WMS, preferably ap+; MS Office; CAD/BI tools are a plus.

• Design, document, and standardize SCM processes from planning to warehousing.
• Set up PFEP as the single data source for logistics data.
• Plan warehouse layout, storage tech, and material handling.
• Develop intralogistics concepts and lean logistics practices.
• Contribute to production structure design with Industry 4.0 focus.
• Create workflows and deliver trainings in lean logistics and PFEP usage.
• Support change management and continuous improvement in logistics.
