Job summary

Siemens Mobility in Wendell, NC is seeking a PFEP (Plan for Every Part) Coordinator to organize and optimize material flow in a high‑volume setting. You will build and maintain PFEP data, define storage, packing and replenishment methods, and collaborate with production, supply chain, procurement and warehouse teams to standardize processes.

Ideal candidates bring 2+ years in supply chain or manufacturing, strong analytical skills, and a Bachelor’s degree in a related field.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and organizational skills with the ability to manage detailed datasets.
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Industrial Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Experience with inventory systems, data tracking, or material planning tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the PFEP database to define storage, packaging, labeling, and replenishment methods for all materials.
• Analyze and optimize material flow across production and warehouse operations to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
• Partner with production, supply chain, procurement, and warehouse teams to ensure standardized material handling processes.
• Implement and support lean practices such as kanban, point-of-use storage, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Drive inventory accuracy and space utilization improvements through data analysis and process standardization.
