Job summary

Oshkosh Corporation, a leader in access equipment, seeks a Materials Associate to optimize lean material flow and support PFEP, replenishment systems, and ERP parameters. You will leverage data analysis to reduce shortages and improve inventory accuracy while working across Operations, Supply Chain, and Logistics.

Applicants should have an Associate degree in Supply Chain/Materials or related field and experience with ERP/WMS; strong Excel skills and cross-functional collaboration are essential

Qualifications

• Associates degree within in Supply Chain, Materials, or a related field.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience with lean material flow concepts.
• Experience with ERP or warehouse management systems.
• Strong Excel and data analysis skills.

Responsibilities

• Support lean material flow strategy implementation.
• Maintain PFEP, replenishment systems and ERP parameters.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and shortages.
• Collaborate with Operations, Supply Chain, and Logistics.
• Forecast workload based on demand projections.
